Have you worked out the type of markings within these “central strips?”

This puzzle will make use of four cards: All of the jacks.

Have you noticed an “oddity” in the clothing patterns of each card?

Direct your attention to the central “curvy-stripe” on each card as well as the markings within.

The markings are a common cipher. It’s one of the ciphers included on the code-sheet.

The markings are Morse code.

Have you identified twelve letters that can be used to spell one word?

You should get three letters from each card. You won’t need to rearrange the letters on each card, but it’s up to you to work out the order to consider each card.

There are some teeny tiny card suit symbols before and after the morse code sections that can help determine the order.

The order to consider the cards is Diamonds, then Clubs, then Hearts, then Spades. And you should get “M-A-N” for the first three letters.

Taking all the morse code segments from all four jacks, you will get “M-A-N” from the Jack of Diamonds, “I-P-U” from the Jack of Clubs, “L-A-T” from the Jack of Hearts, and “I-V-E” from the Jack of Spades. The answer is MANIPULATIVE.

That's all the hints I have for this puzzle. The next click will reveal the answer as well as a quick breakdown of the intended method for arriving at the answer.
