The message on the cards can lead you to a very specific way to arrange the cards in the deck, starting with the 6 of Spades, and eventually ending with the 3 of Hearts.
The Si Stebbins Stack places cards in an order that alternates suits in the “CHaSeD” order (Clubs Hearts Spades Diamonds), and has a numerical value three greater than the preceding card. The Aces are given the numerical value of 1 and the Jack, Queen, and King of each suit are given the values 11, 12, and 13 respectively. For instance, in a deck in Si Stebbins order, A♣ is followed by the 4♥, 7♠, 10♦, and K♣.
The first few cards as you arrange the deck should be: 6♠, 9♦, Q♣, 2♥, 5♠...

With the cards of the deck stacked in the proper order, some information should be visible along the sides of the deck. The order to consider the sides will be left, bottom, right, top (or possibly the reverse depending on which direction you stacked the cards!).
A Si Stebbins stack starting with the 6 of spades, will order the deck in such a way that the “tick marks” on the edges of the deck will line up to form letters. The left side of the deck will show R-E-S. The bottom side will show O. The right side will show U-R-C. And the top will show E. All together, the answer is RESOURCE.
