The First of First is ā€œFā€. The Second of Second is ā€œEā€.

The first ordinal tells what letter to use from the second ordinal. Then the third ordinal tells what position that letter should be placed in a final word. Doing so gives the letters O-R-D-E-R. The answer is ORDER.
