Have you worked out the significance to the odd appearance of the diamond shapes on the card?

You’ll first need to research the shapes of the diamonds on the card.

Have you identified 5 letters that can spell out the one-word answer?

If you take the letters from the numbered blanks, in order, you’ll have your answer.

The first letter of the answer is “L.”

Each diamond is shaped as a different way to cut gemstones. The names for the cuts depicted are, “emerald”, “princess”, “marquise”, “asscher”, and “pear”. Filling in the blanks with these names leaves the letters L-U-R-E-S on the numbered blanks. The answer is LURES.
